Please note - Not all products are available for shipment. We ship chemicals by UPS ground only.
For orders shipped to the USA the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes, duty or other charges incurred. We charge shipping on a per package basis. As long as we can ship your order in one package the normal fee. For back-ordered items you have the option to wait and ship your order together or we can split the shipment in which case an extra shipping fee may apply.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders once placed will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We typically ship the same day or next day for in-stock items. We ship out same day to Calgary customers only. Delivery to major North American cities is typically in two to three business days but can take up to 3-6 business days to arrive.
RUSH YOUR ORDER
We can rush your order, but at an additional charge. Please contact us 1-877-264-8037 (between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain Time) to discuss.
If your order requires any change in shipping costs, we will contact you to confirm the charge and complete your order.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you are satisfied with every SciOptic purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. All supplies come with a full return or exchange policy within 7 days of purchase and must be in re-sellable conditions. In order to protect our rental program, microscopes are only exchangeable, unless special permission is given at time of purchase. If the item you have ordered is not up to your standards, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to receive a refund or exchange. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. To cancel an order please phone or email us with the order number. Scioptic Canada reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Scioptic Canada reserves the right to refuse returns for used products.

To place order you should add the items to your cart, you can get your shipping cost by filling the Estimate Shipping table and click on the get a quote button to know the shipping cost .
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment using credit cards (Visa, and Master Card ,American Express). You can use your paypal account to place a payment as well.
